WHAT IS CERAMIC COATING?

Ceramic Coating was designed to prolong the life of surfaces. NASA pioneered this technology to protect expensive parts from heat and wear corrosion. It goes on after a deep cleaning and stays looking wet and fresh for literally years. It is made of quarts and sand, same stuff really hard glass is made of.

DOES CERAMIC COATING MAKE MY PAINT SCRATCH & CHIP PROOF?

No. This is like a second hard shell clear coating that can be damaged. Take good care of your painted surface.

WILL I EVER NEED TO WASH MY CAR AGAIN?

Yes. Ceramic Coating does not magically wash off dust and debris. A wash will require much less water and a lot less elbow grease. Rinse with water and chamois dry. DO NOT USE AUTOMATIC CAR WASHES WITH BRUSHES. IT CAN DAMAGE THE CERAMIC COATING.

WHAT IS PAINT CORRECTION?

Paint Correction is a deep cleanse of your paint or surface. Polishes and clear, clean mountain spring water is what The Ding Guy uses. A special wash is completed that opens up the pores on the paint to integrate with the wet looking Ceramic Coating that is then expertly applied.

WHAT CAN BE COATED WITH CERAMIC?

Any fairly smooth surface. Painted finishes, glass, vinyl, plastics, stainless steal… you name it.

CAN THIS BE APPLIED TO MY HOUSE?

Windows, shower doors, appliances, counter tops to name a few. What do you want to make clean and keep looking fresh and shiny. Smudges and fingerprints are severely reduced. Cut down on cleaning time.

HOW LONG DOES CERAMIC COATING LAST?

On vehicles, you can choose a single coat for a three year warranty or a double coating for a five year warranty. Annual booster applications are required to maintain warranty. It’s a spa treatment for your paint and glass.

Commercial and residential applications are an annual application.

HOW MUCH DOES CERAMIC COATING COST?

Cost can be subject to how much preparation needs to be done to the surface being coated. Least expensive is when the surface has very minimal surface scratches and stains. Many surfaces that see use need sometimes a compound machining and then a polish machining. When extensive polishing needs to be completed on the surface being coated, there is a higher cost from the labor involved from those processes.
